Research moving companies, schools in your new neighborhood and any accommodation that may be needed for your pets and family
7 weeks out
1. Choose a reliable moving company
2. Declutter and plan a garage sale or donation drop-off
3. Order moving supplies - boxes, tape, packing material
4. Start packing items you dont use often

Once we have an executed contract we will be in the option period. This is our time to thoroughly inspect the home.

Once option ends I will ensure everything is taken care of, such as ordering appraisal, survey and home warranty.
The loan is finalized and we wait for the magic words "clear to close"
Step 7
We do a final walkthrough, sign all closing docs and you get the keys to your new home.
